- General rules.
1.1. The current rules are the agreement between Xcasino and user (player).
1.2. Xcasino reserves the right to change these rules at any moment without additional notification of the players.
2.1. You can make a deposit in any payment system which is available in Cashier→Deposit.
2.2. There is no limit in minimum amount of deposit and depends on chosen payment system only.
2.3. You can make a deposit in any currency but it will be converted into casino currency automatically - US Dollars.
3.1. To send a request a withdrawal of funds go to the Cashier→Withdraw.
3.2. Withdrawal requests are processed 7 days a week, from 09:00 till 21:00 GMT+3 (MSK). Request processing is handled during working hours.
3.3. Additional accruals in Xcasino.
3.3.1. Bonuses have no restrictions in withdrawal but they will be charged off during withdrawal according to section Bonuses.
3.3.2. Promotional money don't block withdrawal but there are restrictions according to section Promotional money.
3.4. Limits in Xcasino:
3.4.1. The minimal amount that can be cashed out is 5$.
3.4.2. There are following limits on withdrawal amount in our casino:

3.7. After sending a request a withdrawal of funds the deducible amount is blocked but a player can cancel the request and use these funds to play.

3.9. Withdraw is carring in currency of casino (US dollar) and converts automatically to currency chosen by you.

- Responsibility and safety.
4.1. Xcasino undertakes to keep all the private data of player and not to provide it to any third party.
4.2. The player takes full responsibility for the safety of login and the password used for access to account.Xcasino does not take responsibility to player if he provides access to a third party and has a right to block the account in case of providing access to a third party.
4.3. The player may not have more than one casino account. Any additional accounts will be blocked by casino administration without any payments.
4.4. All bets should be made through our interface in Xcasino. Using of any other software for making bets is prohibited. In case of detection of any other software, Xcasino administration reserves the right to block player's account without any reimbursement, including winnings.
4.5. Administration of casino has the right to block the player's account if a player broke the rules of the casino. Withdrawals from the blocked accounts can be done by the discretion of the casino.
4.6. Administration of Xcasino reserves the right to decline bets of any player and also to block player's accounts at any time if there is any doubt about the legality of a player's actions.

- Notification of players.
Xcasino has a right to inform players about ongoing promotions, tournaments, lotteries and other events using contacts registered in personal data by the player.
- Limit of game in Xcasino.
6.1. No one under the age of 18 may register and play at Xcasino.
6.2. At present it is forbidden to register and play at Xcasino for citizens of the following countries: USA, Italy, Turkey, France, Israel, Netherlands, Spain, Singapore, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire, St Maarten, Statia, Saba. 6.3. The responsibilities in compliance with country (region) laws must be taken completely by the player.
- KYC policy and anti-money laundering(AML) requirements.
7.1. By registering account and agreeing to the current Terms and Conditions, as well as playing in casino games, the player agrees thith KYC policy, commits and guarantees that::

In this case administration of XCasino reserves the right to terminate players account immediately and/or prevent player from using the services, in addition to any other action that we may choose to take.
7.5. If during these checks it will be impossible to confirm that player is at the Legal Age then casino’s administration may suspend players account. If player was under the Legal age at the time doing any gambling or gaming transactions, then:
7.5.1. Player’s account will be closed.
7.5.2. All transactions made during that time will become void, and all related funds deposited by player will be declared invalid.
7.5.3. Any bets made during that time will become void.
7.5.4. Any winnings which have been accrued during that period will be declared invalid. Player will be required to return all funds that were withdrawn from account during that period on demand.
- Refund Policy
8.1. Refund is not possible after the deposit amount (including bonus and other additional charges) has been played, that is, the player used the services of the site.
8.2. If the funds were credited to the game account by mistake, the player must immediately inform the technical support of the site about this. The casino will correct the player balance.
8.3. The casino may decide apply to financial compensation in case of technical malfunctions if the player has submitted a request, but the administration cannot exclude the occurrence of such problems, primarily due to the fault of third parties.
